Home School Tutoring
Professional home tutoring service covering North Tyneside, offering one-to-one tuition in maths, English, and science for primary and secondary school pupils. Qualified teachers provide personalised sessions tailored to each student's needs.
About Home School Tutoring
Home School Tutoring is the North Tyneside branch of a national one-to-one home tuition franchise, part of a wider North East operation led by Area Director Joanne Henderson. Rather than running a classroom, the service matches each pupil with an individual tutor and provides personal consultation on both educational and pastoral matters, arranging placements across North Tyneside and the surrounding Tyne and Wear and Northumberland areas. Tuition is offered either face-to-face in the pupil's own home or online, giving families flexibility around location and schedule.
Support spans the full range of ages and stages, from Key Stage 1 through KS2, GCSE and A Level, alongside entrance examinations (9+, 11+, 13+), home-schooling support and provision up to degree level. Core subjects include Maths, English and the Sciences, with languages, literacy, EFL and special educational needs support also available. All tutors are described as fully vetted, DBS-checked, qualified and experienced teaching professionals, and the service includes a free initial assessment, regular progress reports and self-study resources to reinforce learning between sessions.
