The Lynsey Dolan Band are one of the most exciting acts to emerge from Glasgow's blues scene, fronted by Lynsey Dolan, whose smoky, soulful voice and assured stage presence anchor a sound that mixes blues and country with a generous dash of what the band call Glasgow soul. Dolan is backed by a powerhouse trio, with Gavin Bussey on guitar, Ian Fulton on bass and Calum Wilson on drums. Dolan's vocals have been in demand behind major names in Scottish music, and the band have toured with Imelda May and shared festival bills with KT Tunstall and Badly Drawn Boy, remaining favourites on the Scottish festival and blues-club circuit. Their afternoon set draws on original material including songs from their 2025 album Higher, for a warm, soul-soaked free gig beneath the bridge at the Ouseburn's riverside pub.
